I guess when you start to ask the questions of what Drives me to do what I do, it boils down to two things.

1. People
I have a passion for people. One of my ultimate goals in life is to continually challenge and impact people’s lives. When you make a difference in someone’s life, you have the ability to better someone else’s life, which in return will help better the lives of the many they will encounter. I like to empower people to a level of excellence, and urge for them to understand that they are great at something. There is something about this world that tells christians that we are people who do things under par, poor quality and lots of mistakes. I think that we as christians have the ability to do soo much more than that! We should be the people who do the best work out there, because we will have a divine being driving excellent work!

I have a passion to raise up passionate people who embrace the power of excellence in life, live out an act of readiness, and people who desire servanthood, because with these things in a person, anybody can do extraordinary things! People want to be a part of something that is great! We so often though, forget that the things that we are a part of aren’t great because we aren’t passionate about what we are doing. So when we decide to bring in excellence, readiness, and a servants heart, passion is now in play. We are all going to be passionate about something, and if we can develop that passion into a passion for the living God, then we may actually be onto something!

2. Creator.
I believe in the creator of the universe. THE one and only God, and the same God who sent his son so that I can live eternally. Without his divine hand on my life, I would not be who I am today. My passionate faith is the single most important driving force behind me and my work. Whether you are just hanging out with me at the beach or working together in an office, this is what drives me to succeed, its what drives me to purpose, and its what drives me to do everything I do. He is the exact reason that I believe in doing everything to the best of my ability… because if something has the name of the creator of the world, and my personal savior on it… by golly, its going to be the best darn thing that it can possibly be. period. God, simply enough, drives me to everything that is in me! I encourage you to get to know him, but be aware that he is going to radically change your life in the process!!!
