I am on my way back from beautiful Panama City Beach, FL from a Team Retreat.  This summer has been amazing as God has begin to teach me new things and reveal to me that He has a lot more in store for what is ahead of my time on earth.  God has been able to use my internship at sixstepsrecords as a vessel to teach me so much.  So as I head back from the beach and begin to process all that I have learned and all that God was shouting at me, I leave on one subject. 

Serve. 

Serving another friend is the greatest thing you can ever do in their life.  Its the greatest gift anyone can receive and the greatest gift anyone can give.  When we humble ourselves and serve one another we allow opportunities to not only speak into lives but we show Love from the father and tell someone of the love we have for them.  We are called to serve, and we are called to love.  These are in essence the same thing.  

You have the opportunity when you serve someone to help influence their lives and possibly the chance to make a difference in their life. 

So serve.  Serve one another like you have never done before.  And after you have served them, tell them that they are loved by the creator of the earth and the maker of the heavens.  make the difference in someone’s life.  

serve. and serve gratefully. give the greatest gift.

God gets Krazy… I’m not trying to say that God is going to get so crazy that we need to spell it with a K but that God has taken Krazy as in Krazy Productions. It’s not mine, and it wont ever be mine and thats the whole point.  God gets Krazy.

I have come to a really cool season in my life.  God has begin to not only transform my heart, but is beginning to take over my entire life, and it is AMAZING!  some things are good, and there are a few less things that are Great!  but when something is AMAZING, it is out of this world.  Weather that is beauty, or intellegent, or really really cool, something that is AMAZING is something that God’s hand is on and it is the rarest form of beauty and is the best thing in the entire world.  

When I was in the eighth grade, God put in my heart to start a company [though I didnt know it at the time].  Over the past several years it has given me many opportunities to make myself look cool and ‘grown-up’.  It has been something for me to do in my free time and make an extra buck [since you would never catch me in a paid-by-the-hour job]. But mostly has been a good laugh for both me and the close people around me.  

God however has had a different idea in mind.  This summer God has birthed in me a new look and feel to our somewhat dated and un-professional corporate image.  From what used to be a hobby of mine has been transformed, by God’s unique and AMAZING creativeness, into a professional but appealing look and feel of a graphic design company.  

As I begin to transition into a time where God is putting intentional relationships in Krazy Productions path, your prayers would be greatly appreciated.  I don’t, however, want you to pray that Luke and Krazy Productions is successful, because that is not God’s heart so it is not my heart.  I want you to pray for my, and our growing team [yes, I said there is more than one of me now.] that we will be put in positions where God can use both the talents or work we produce to speak volumes to those who need to see and hear the voice of Jesus.  I think we have a perfect opportunity to make a difference in a dark world.  We need to SHINE.  

so I encourage you to take a look at the new website, krazyproductions.com and pass it along to anyone who you may know that needs websites built, graphics made, or our newest area, creative photography.  We want to Shine.  We need to Shine.  So help me in praying that God takes Krazy into His own hands and makes something incredible with it.  I want to be able to say without hesitation to the question “how did you do that?” … “IT WAS ALL GOD!!!” 

so… God gets Krazy.

My time at the passion house [268generation.com] is about to be over.  This is a sad thing however the other day I was looking back on all the things God has taught me in this season of my life.  I may not have been able to spend as much time as I wanted to on other projects outside of Passion Conferences.  I may not have been able to watch as much TV as I have in the past.  But I will say that this summer God has not only shown me what excellence is, but allowed me to work with a team that loves to pour into people.  

Passion is all about rising up a generation for HIS name and HIS renown.  I think this will happen and I think that it is going to take some very influential college students to rise up on their campuses and make a difference for the kingdom.  It is going to take people that are willing to make sacrifices so that God can be glorified and amplified more!  Its going to take a generation of student to realize that there is more to life than collecting as much stuff as possible.  Life is about storing treasures in heaven!  Life is about passionately following in God’s steps through this journey.  

One thing I have learned this summer is that our time on earth is far far far far smaller that our overall existence outside this planet, so why do we worry so much about what we can do here… instead of what we can do for heaven! 

just a thought.  I encourage you to think back over the last few weeks or months and try and figure out what God may have been telling you or teaching you this past summer!

4th of july.  Well actually it was the 1st of July which may have been the problem in the first place… because you are supposed to shoot fireworks on the 4th, not the 1st..  So that is what begins a really scary, but now funny story of Fireworks……

We [my family and another family] decided to spend the weekend before fourth of July at our lake house to relax, take the boat out for a spin and see the fireworks on saturday night [the 1st].  Fireworks can be bought at the border of Georgia, which may be another blog for another time because I don’t like the fact that our grand old state of GA doesn’t allow fireworks, but every state around us has a fireworks store… interesting how that works out. And there are also places where only professional fireworks can  be bought but you have to have a license and a bunch of other stuff to prove you know what you are doing… 

WELL, I’m not fully sure the firework show we saw on the north end of the lake had either of these types of fireworks, because they couldn’t control them.  [I will say for the sake of this story, this is a professional marina that is run by the county... so they were real fireworks].  The fireworks began with a bang! they probably shot off something like 50 fireworks right out of the shoot, I guess to get everyone’s attention.  However, after about number 25, the 26th one must of been upside down, because numbers 25, 26,27,28,29,30,31,32,33… [you get the picture] … 49, and 50 all went off on the GROUND!  it was a very scary moment, and you know that a fireworks show goes well when in the first 5 minutes, you see 10 grown men on the beach running in all directions when 25 fireworks [full blown I might add] go off all at the same time … ON THE GROUND.  I have to admit that I thought for a second that I might hear about this on the news, but I was really worried that someone may not have made it through.

a bunch of explosions later, and two or three fires on the beach, there was finally silence.  But, these guys were on top of it… burns or bruises or burnt hairs aside within 60 sec, they were back up and running to a smooth sailing display of awe and wonder.  As the rest of the show went on, it dawned on me that we have had millions of people fight for our independence, stuff that allows us to choose weather or not we go to the lake for the weekend, or eat a cheese burger instead of a hot dog, write on a blog or tell a story.  We live in a country that allows us to make decisions on our own.  But we also live in a country that allows us to worship our heavenly father each and every day.. and that is what my hope is… worship.  

worship. wholeheartedly. honest. sincere.
