File, Save
so were almost done with this blog “series” if you will, and hopefully it has made some impact for those who read on a regular basis. if you are new to the blog or haven’t been here in a little while, take a look at the previous entry’s that dealt with the Document Setup series we have been looking at, you will have a better insight for this after you have read the others.
By now we have been able to set apart the crucial time in life so when we get so incredibly busy in life we have room to breathe. The next step after we have found the toolbar, and modified the setting is to save. The worst thing that can happen to you when you start writing a letter or a paper, is to be finished and have it all set up like you want it and the program quit on you without saving the settings. So how do you save before catastrophe happens?
You need to take some time to write down the steps we created in the last section and spend some quality time praying about it. Asking God to create moments where you will have room to breathe in times of stress. The bible says over and over that communication to God is what develops your relationship. To save the settings you have already made, you need to lock it in the most secure safe in the world, God. 1 Thessalonians 5:17 says “Keep on praying.” God wants to help you in life and he wants to guide you on every step of the way. Trust Him. Trust Him with your life, and with your stress because He is the only one that can actually save you from your struggles and your hard times. God actually can use these stressful times in life to grow your strength in Him and your faith. In the beginning of James he states “Consider it pure joy my brothers whenever you face trials of many kings, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance and perseverance must finish it’s work before you may become complete and mature, not lacking anything.”
So in other words, when you save things with God, He is going to use these times in life to make you a better human being that “ is not lacking anything.” yes, perfect. These are the things that we need in life to make sure that we are following Him with abandon at every age.
Take some time this week to tell God to help you keep these settings or “modifications” you have made in life and allow them to be practical in the stressful times in life. You will see a difference, I guarantee it.
